WHO ARE WE?
Located in the Eastern end of the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada, we are a non-profit, charitable community theatre group entertaining West Hants and beyond from the greater Windsor area.
OBJECTIVES
Quick As A Wink Theatre Society’s objectives are entirely conducted and achieved by volunteers and non-profit means. Our objective is:
“To educate and increase the public’s understanding and appreciation of the arts by providing performances of an artistic nature in public places, and by providing educational seminars, workshops and hands on experience on topics relating to such performances.”
QAAW IS A REGISTERED CHARITY
Quick As A Wink Theatre Society has been designated as a “Charitable Organization” by the Canada Revenue Agency. Because of our contribution to the community, providing education in theatre–related skills we have been granted this status.
This means that we are able to issue tax receipts for donations given to the theatre society. Your financial contributions support our efforts to provide quality theatre entertainment in our area.
2012 MEMBERSHIP GUIDE
Due to higher rental costs for our rehearsal and performance venues, membership fees have had to increase for the first time in 9 years.
We now offer a Single membership for $20 and a Family membership for $25.
To renew your membership or to become a new member simply print out the Membership Form and return it with your payment.
NOTE: We also have single membership bursaries for high school/university students/others as needed. Please contact us for more information.
